I’ve always had an interest and passion for complementary therapies and wanted to change career so I began my training in 2018 and after 6 months training in London and sitting my exams in anatomy & physiology I qualified in Swedish massage.

I then went on to qualify in other modalities: Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facial, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue. I went on to achieve a Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage but wanted to learn more about helping people with injuries/rehab and overall a more in-depth way and understanding of how our bodies work so I studied with the ISRM out of Regents University London and obtained my BTEC Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy.

I’m always committed to updating my knowledge and learning more so attend regular post-grad training courses, workshops and seminars which I love.

I currently offer holistic and sports treatments in Great Barford and in addition to this, I work out of a Sports clinic in Bedford one day a week. I’m also proud to be part of the team that supports Bedford Blues RFC, helping the players with their match and training recovery through sports massage.
